Warranty and Support
3S(Seoul Sign Solution) offer a comprehensive warranty covering our products to guarantee satisfaction.
3S offers a one-year warranty on products, excluding electrical components, systems, lamps, and neon glass, which are covered by separate warranties. And Electrical components are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for materials only, while lamps are warranted for six months. Neon glass is warranted to be in working condition upon installation.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling.
